Food Hygiene Level 1

This course covers the basic principles of food safety and is intended for workers who do not handle or prepare food but are employed in environments where food is prepared, served, or sold. It equips learners with the knowledge to work safely around food, prevent cross-contamination, and understand the fundamentals of good food hygiene. This course is designed to meet the needs of both learners and employers. Participants can study flexibly, whether in one sitting or in smaller segments, either at the workplace or at home.
