Food Hygiene Level 2

The Level 2 Food Hygiene course includes written materials and interactive lessons that you can complete at your own pace. It also provides a PDF course booklet that you can download or print for future reference. This course is intended for people running small kitchens such as cafe's, bistros and generally people working and managing other staff.

The course takes approximately 2 to 4 hours to complete and ends with a multiple-choice exam. Each of the 9 chapters covers 3 key topics, which are introduced by our chef trainers. This course is available in many languages and can be delivered to suit the individual or can be delivered on mass if the whole team needs to be ready to open.
